Returns & Exchanges

At MANSORY Boutique, we strive for excellence in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MANSORY account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside the provided shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL Express shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
